$15 per signature (Acknowledgment or Jurat)

Basic Travel Fees

$25 up to 25 miles Round Trip

$1 for each additional mile

Minimum $150 fee to travel to San Diego, Imperial, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Kern Counties

Hospital or Nursing Home Visit Fee

Starting at $50 (depending on location)

Wait Time Fee (after the initial first 15 minutes)

$10 for every 15 minutes that has passed

Parking Fees

Varies

After Hour / Weekend Rates (in addition to the Basic Travel and Signature Fees)

$15 after 8 pm on Weekdays

$20 for Weekend Services

Major Holiday Rates (in Addition to Basic Travel and Signature fees)

$50 for hours between 9 am and 6 pm

$100 for hours after 6pm

Living Trust Fees

$125 One Signer for one set of living trust documents (including multiple deeds), travel up to 25 miles, notarization, and witness signatures

$25 for each additional signer

Second Witness Fee

$25 - A Witness will accompany the notary to the appointment

Cancellation Fee

$25 if the signer is physically unable to sign or refuses to sign after notary arrives.
